Rarely. The van is a standard commercial size and parks at the curb like any service vehicle. If your block is unusually tight, mention it and the groomer will scope it first.

I foster rescue dogs. Can you groom one that's never been groomed?

Yes, and we'd suggest a short introductory appointment rather than a full groom. Getting a scared dog comfortable being handled is worth more than a perfect haircut on day one.

How much brushing does my terrier mix actually need?

Wiry and mixed coats usually need a proper brush once or twice a week and a groom every six to eight weeks. It's far less work than a doodle, but skipping it entirely still leads to matting behind the ears and under the legs.
